AMBERADA Exchange or Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your products we are happy to take returns without asking any questions. We'll even pay for the return delivery! on orders over $50.00
Please email email@example.com if you would like to return or exchange your item and we will post you a return label.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Here is some general information about our exchange process ...
IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ORDERS - you can only use one return label for everyone! Each return label costs postage. Please print only one.
~ As a money back guarantee, we will replace your product within 30 days. You must provide the order number used to place the order. Or we can review your order by name or email. email address.
~ Shipping costs are not refundable. In addition, we do not allow exchanges by special order.
If your item was a gift, you must provide proof of purchase on the package along with the name of the buyer of the gift, email. email address or order number.

If your item has been delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen - please contact your local post office immediately. You can leave the message in your mailbox or you can visit your local post office. Let them check through the GPS where the item was left and help find it. If it was delivered to the wrong address, please collect it.
Refund Processing - Refunds and changes are processed upon receipt, but can take up to 5 days. Make sure all the information is in the package to speed up the process. Name, el. email address, order number if you want a return or exchange. If changing, to which item to change, including size.
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS BROKEN - we may not need to return it. Please email us. email email@example.com with a break photo and order number.
